On the 14th January at the Complimentary Health Centre in Manor Lane Lee there will be a 2 hour workshop/class. The subject will be how to use Yoga to cleanse the body, this should appeal to those that have over-indulged during the festive period (most of us, including me)

These classes will have to be booked and paid for in advance.

Devon in March become fully booked before advertising. Previous participants enjoyed the experience so much they rebooked, so because of this I will be adding an extra week for 2013 to give others an opportunity. 

Half term long weekend break in Italy is fully booked, the September week is almost full now, there is still a £50 discount available if you book before the end of January.
